Remember when I shared my new year resolution to have life with less meat through mostly pescatarian eating? That feels like years ago now as 2020 has turned into feeling like a decade. But, it was just 9 months ago that I decided to focus on pescatarian eating and have a life with less meat. This resolution was similar to last year where we were going to try and eat vegetarian for a few meals a week. However this year we figured we would change it up a bit to be mostly pescatarian. New Year’s Resolutions for 2020
It was one year ago when I launched my blog and then followed up with my new year’s resolutions. In that post, I shared new year goals of eating vegetarian 4x per week and daily yoga/meditation practice. And I managed to keep up the resolutions for the first half of the year! After that, I didn’t throw them out the window, I just wasn’t as consistent but still was at a better spot than before.
