  • A weekend of yoga teacher training

    Hope everyone had a great weekend! Mine was full of yoga because I had teacher training all weekend. The program is a weekend training program which means one weekend a month I am learning about yoga all weekend. By all weekend, I mean 6 pm-9 pm on Friday and 8 am-6 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The program is one weekend a month for 8 months and also includes a project and about 8 book reports as well.
